Warranty Policy for MathSecret Products and Learning Tools:

• MathSecret Basic Dual Color Soroban Abacus: Life time warranty.  Life time is defined as student’s active learning of MathSecret.  Coverage include damage of unit.  Replacement unit is available only from MathSecret Education Foundation.  Shipping fees/custom duty/local taxes must be prepaid prior to shipping and are not included in warranty.  Life time warranty may terminate when unit is discontinued.
• Competition Grade Soroban Abacus purchased via MathSecret:  7 day shipping damage warranty.
• MathSecret Big Abacus (Instructor Demo Use):  7 day shipping damage warranty.
